Gameplay Experience
Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 looks great, runs smoothly, and has impressive visuals. Swinging through the city is easily the best part of the game and truly makes you feel like Spider-Man.
However, I found the combat very repetitive. Most fights feel the same, enemies take too many hits, and battles quickly become tedious. Boss fights were generally more enjoyable than regular encounters.
The story has some interesting ideas, but many missions felt slow and disconnected from being Spider-Man. The writing can be overly corny at times, and some character moments, especially the Mary Jane sections, felt unrealistic.
Overall, while the game is technically well-made and fun to explore, the repetitive combat and uneven storytelling made it hard for me to fully enjoy. Spider-Man fans may still have a good time, but it wasn’t a game I would strongly recommend.
