Gameplay Experience
I bought Euro Truck Simulator 2 in November and have played it for more than 50 hours. I really enjoy growing my trucking business, buying better trucks, and hiring drivers.
The graphics are good, and the trucks look great. The AI can be a bit silly sometimes, but it adds to the fun.
I also got the Vive La France DLC and ProMods, which add more areas to explore. Recently, I bought American Truck Simulator too, and I’m excited to try the bigger trucks and new roads.

Quick Jobs are the best way to learn ETS2 as a beginner. You can earn money, test different trucks, and gain experience without worrying about fuel, repairs, or maintenance costs.
2. Upgrade Long Distance First
Spend your early skill points on the Long Distance skill. It unlocks longer routes with higher rewards, helping you earn money and level up faster.
3. Drive Carefully
Avoid speeding, sudden braking, and collisions. Safe driving reduces repair expenses, prevents traffic fines, and increases your profits from deliveries.
4. Don’t Rush to Buy a Truck
Save enough money before purchasing your first truck. Buying too early can leave you struggling to pay for fuel, repairs, and loan installments.
5. Use Cruise Control
Cruise control is extremely useful on highways. It helps maintain a steady speed, reduces the risk of speeding tickets, and makes long journeys much more relaxing.
